Games For Kids At Weddings
Friday, April 16th, 2010In addition to some busy bags and tasty wedding favour sweets for the little ones at your wedding, it is wise to have some games ready for them when the boredom kicks in.
Here are some tangible ways in which to keep the kids entertained at your wedding.
1. Set up a kids’ game room with soft toys and even a ball pond. This is a great way to let the little ones let off some steam but don’t forget to ensure an adult watches them whilst they play in case of accidents!
2. Get married at a venue where there are other rooms to use and set up some game consoles to keep children entertained.
3. Hire an entertainer who can provide amusement for the little ones whilst speeches are taking place.
4. Set up a treasure hunt to take place when the kids have eaten; this will give them a chance for a run around and a ‘carrot dangler’ for good behaviour during the wedding ceremony.
5. Sit all the children on one or two tables and provide them with Trivia cards to keep them busy.
6. Put the children in charge of the disposable cameras [this idea is not for the fainthearted!]
