When Should You Take Protein Supplements?

One of the most common questions I get asked is when to take protein supplements.
There are many conflicting theories regarding this topic.
Some say that you should take protein right before you work out, while others say you should take it right after.
I have tested both methods, and from personal experience, it doesn’t really matter.
You can take protein right before you work out, or right after you do.
