Approach to understanding the decision making process?

Hi, I am a self-study MBA student. Please, if any member could give me the empirical examples to evaluate critically the various approaches to decision-making and suggestions to address the complexity of decision-making. Thank you.

No offense, but ’self-study’ is the key here!
With a person(prof – whatever) you could ask them.
