Wouldn’t be …
@7:33
Wouldn’t be all too suprised if she had spent the entire 30 year trek in that grove repeating “INSOLENT!” to the Many. No wonder they grew to disagree with her so much. :p
That is, depending on wether she survived by sleeping or slipping. :X
The escape-sequence was pure, unrestrained awesome. Also, the sight you are greeted with the moment you enter sector D is just vulgar. Reminds me of ninja-corridor-scene in MGS, the first gory visual I was provided with as a toddler. :p

There’s a …
There’s a significant difference in way she speaks in e-mail transmissions and in audio logs. Beside the tone and more sophisticated vocabulary, apparently She has a slight British accent when speaking to player, while in her audio logs she speaks with ‘generic American’ accent using more informal language.

What I love about …
What I love about the Polito voice logs is that while it’s obviously the same actress, the voice is noticeably different. The present-day Polito seems much more … forceful. I actually noticed it the first time I played.

…Someone that …
…Someone that could capture solitude of the character, immerse and constant tension of SS2’s unique atmosphere. Tragedy of a man that is a pawn between two great struggling forces : technology represented by Shodan and… Biology of the Many. This game has such a potential, but I fear another ‘Doom like’ movie :/

youtube makes some …
youtube makes some senseless limits to the length of my response, so I make this two parts :
Considering other videogame to movie adaptations… well I’d rather not, unless made by someone with a real understanding of System shock, maybe a young writer/director who actually “feels” that this game is not only about fancy locations, evil AI and monsters
.

If they made this …
If they made this into a movie complete with the radio transmissions and audio logs than it would be awesome!

What video editing …
What video editing software are you using? I’m trying to make a Laser Rapier-only on Impossible video, and I’m recording it with Fraps… But I can’t find any free video editing software that doesn’t run like a 1 Agility Soldier with a full inventory. Seriously, Windows Movie Maker has some weird problem with my computer where it’s slow as , t@g is impossible to figure out, Wax crashes any time I try to do ANYTHING… Argh.
Oh, and great videos, by the way!

Your curve, I guess …
Your curve, I guess the smart ones were the ones leaving the logs everywhere and running for you lives. The dumb ones picked up the worms and petted them like hairless rats.
You claim to be a pacifist but you are killing the worms…contradictory?
I totally missed that upstairs part in all 3 of my playthroughs!!!
Nice escape from sector B. The slow animation was definitely worth the time i’m sure you spent on it!
