Dad and I Noticed This Different Workout Yesterday
You know how they are continually creating a new workout to get everyone psyched and back in the gym? You can find spinning lessons, Pilate’s clubs and lots of dance type classes where you perspire to tunes. You can also take instructional classes where you can workout by punching an imaginary opponent! Well, I saw a new one the other day, one that involved a little trampoline. I mean this trampoline is really small, only about 3 1/2 feet accross. There was a place in the Health club filled with this stuff with a lot of folks jumping up and down on them. The thing I really observed was that people was really enjoying themselves! Physical fitness routine = Fun? I have to check this out! As I looked into it I recognized that there’s almost nothing new about this type of physical fitness routine at all!
